Hypnotherapy is a completely personalized experience. Each individual person will have their own goals and intentions, their own preferences, and their own timelines. As such, we spend the first session asking quite a few questions to best understand what you’re hoping to achieve and how best to get there. We also take the time to answer all of your questions to make sure you’re completely comfortable the whole time.
Hypnosis takes place during your second visit. By then, you’ll have a clear picture of what to expect and will have reviewed and approved the plan ahead of time. We will also create a recording of the positive suggestions we have created together for you to listen to when you’re relaxing at home, such as before bed. This helps solidify that connection between the intentions you’ve set and the positive outcomes you’ll see.
Most clients will begin to see progress in three to six sessions, but some will start to notice improvements in mindset after our first session. Many people come back months later to begin work towards a different goal using that same, valuable foundations built during the first session.
